Astrill is a Seychelles-registered provider with a reputation built almost entirely on one thing: staying reachable from inside China when most competitors are blocked. Its StealthVPN and OpenWeb protocols are built for heavy filtering, and the network spans 119 cities in 58 countries. It is by far the most expensive service in this catalogue, and its published policy states that all sales are final with no refunds.
